Given that the most recent Sims 4 expansion pack, Cottage Living, was released in July 2021, it seems as though the game will continue to receive consistent new content for the foreseeable future. These updates aren't likely to slow down any time soon, either. The Sims 4 made $879 per minute on average in 2020, a number that was undoubtedly assisted by a large amount of downloadable content available for the game.
